Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior ServiceNow Presales Consultant to join our high-impact team. This is a strategic, customer-facing role that directly contributes to business growth by driving solution design, proposal responses, and proactive pitches for ServiceNow offerings. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, strong business acumen, and a passion for innovation in digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Presales & Proposal Management
- Lead proposal responses and proactive pitches for ServiceNow solutions across target accounts.
- Own and manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, including effort estimation, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with practice and vertical teams to craft winning solutions aligned with customer needs.
Solutioning & Customer Engagement
- Analyze customer environments and requirements to design contextualized ServiceNow solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demos to clients, showcasing Hexawares capabilities.
- Participate in workshops and client meetings to generate demand and build trust.
Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Ideate and develop new ServiceNow-based solutions and accelerators.
- Create reusable assets including collaterals, templates, account dockets, and case studies.
- Contribute to internal and external knowledge sharing through publications and presentations.
Sales Enablement & Knowledge Management
- Build and maintain a repository of sales enablement materials for use by sales team.
- Standardize proposal templates and solution frameworks for scalability and reuse.
Experience & Qualifications
- 1015 years of relevant experience in IT services, with a strong focus on ServiceNow.
- Prior experience in proposal management, pre-sales consulting, & customer engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and lead conversations with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Proven track record in architecting and implementing at least two ServiceNow application suites.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, IRM, HR, CSM, and Security Operations.
