Design Service Portal leveraging Ul Pages, templates, and Widgets to changes to navigation, menus, and layouts.

Integration: Integrated ServiceNow and slack application and provided two-way communication to send and receive the data.

HRSD: Implemented case Management, onboarding and offboarding employee's, customizing employee Centre Portal
