Strong experience in Service Now Development
Hands-on with Service Portal Development, UI Builder & Workspaces
Strong JavaScript & Glide APIs experience
Experience with Selenium for regression & smoke testing
Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations
Nice to Have
Experience with Next Experience (Polaris)
Exposure to UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD
Understanding of Agile / DevOps & CI/CD practices
