Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced OTSM Consultant/Developer with strong knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) environments and service management processes. The candidate will work on designing, implementing, and supporting solutions for industrial systems using platforms like ServiceNow or other asset/service management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support OTSM solutions for industrial/plant environments
• Configure and customize service management tools (Incident, Change, Asset Management)
• Integrate OT systems (SCADA, PLC, ICS) with ITSM platforms
• Monitor and manage equipment incidents, maintenance, and service requests
• Work closely with business/plant teams to gather requirements
• Ensure data accuracy for assets, maintenance, and operations
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution
• Create technical documentation and provide training to end users

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments
• Experience with SCADA, PLC, DCS, or Industrial Control Systems (ICS)
• Hands-on experience in ITSM tools like ServiceNow / IBM Maximo / SAP PM
• Knowledge of Incident, Change, and Asset Management processes
• Experience in integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IoT platforms)
• Basic scripting or development knowledge is a plus
