Job Title: ServiceNow Now Assist Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Now Assist Developer with 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience and strong expertise in Now Assist (GenAI capabilities). The ideal candidate should have deep platform knowledge and exposure to at least one of the following modules: SPM / CSM / ITSM.

The role requires working in the Europe time zone and collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement Now Assist capabilities within the ServiceNow platform
• Configure and optimize AI-powered workflows, summarization, content generation, and automation features
• Develop and customize solutions across ITSM, CSM, or SPM modules
• Build and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Ensure best practices in platform governance, performance, and security
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Provide support during testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development
• Strong hands-on experience with Now Assist (AI/GenAI capabilities in ServiceNow)
• Experience in at least one module: ITSM / CSM / SPM
• Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
• Experience in Flow Designer, Integration Hub
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and domain separation
• Experience working in global delivery models (Europe timezone preferred)

Good to Have:

• ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification
• Experience with AI-driven automation use cases
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
