About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with over 10 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB. The ideal candidate will lead architectural design, solutioning, and governance for largescale ServiceNow implementations, ensuring robust, scalable, and compliant enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement endtoend ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITOM and CMDB modules.
- Lead architectural discussions, define best practices, and create scalable technical designs.
- Drive CMDB data modelling, integrations, reconciliation, and configuration item (CI) governance.
- Implement and optimize ITOM capabilities such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners.
- Conduct impact analysis, effort estimation, and architecture reviews for enhancement requests.
- Ensure solution compliance with security, performance, and quality standards.
- Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Establish and enforce architecture guidelines, integration patterns, and configuration standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 34 years of strong handson experience in ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB modeling, Event Management, and integration frameworks.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes, especially around Asset, Configuration, and IT Operations.
- Proven experience in enterprise-level architecture and solution design.
- Strong knowledge of web services, APIs, MID Server, and integration patterns.
- Ability to create architectural documents (HLD, LLD, workflows, data maps).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
