Job Title: ServiceNow Lead

Location: PAN India (Remote)

Experience: 8+ years in ServiceNow development and administration

Role Overview:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Lead to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and related modules. This is a remote role open to candidates across India , requiring strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ServiceNow development and configuration (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and governance.
• Manage integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Oversee platform upgrades, performance tuning, and security compliance.
• Mentor junior developers and administrators.
• Prepare technical documentation and support audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Policies).
• Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and workflows.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have:

• ITIL process knowledge.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to automation and scripting tools.
