Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Developer with strong integration expertise to lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and integrations with thirdparty platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and custom applications, along with handson experience in REST/SOAP integrations, scripting, and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations
Implement and manage REST and SOAP integrations with external systems (e.g., CMDB, HR, AD, monitoring tools)
Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, client/server scripts, UI policies, and business rules
Develop integration solutions using IntegrationHub, MID Servers, web services, and custom APIs Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (security, infrastructure, operations) to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, system design, and security compliance
Participate in ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching, and release management Document solutions, including SOPs and technical design documents
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
Required Skills & Qualifications:
710 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with thirdparty tools and systems
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
Handson experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, or HRSD
Deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and platform architecture Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Experience with CMDB integrations (e.g., SCCM, SolarWinds, Qualys, or similar tools)
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD for ServiceNow
Exposure to ServiceNow App Engine and Scoped Applications
Knowledge of ServiceNow Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Strong stakeholder engagement and requirementgathering skills
Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment
