About the Role
We are hiring ServiceNow Leads for a Global Capability Center (GCC) based in Hyderabad. This role demands strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development , multi-module implementations , and custom integrations , along with the ability to lead technically and engage with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver ServiceNow platform development and enhancements
- Drive multi-module implementations (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)
- Design and implement custom applications and integrations
- Provide technical leadership and guide developers
- Work closely with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM
- Exposure to ITOM and/or HRSD (multi-module experience preferred)
- ServiceNow platform development and custom application integrations
- Experience with CSM or SPM (mandatory for Developer roles)
- Strong technical leadership capability (for Lead roles)
- Proven experience interacting with customer/business stakeholders
