The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect who is highly skilled ServiceNow ITX Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement innovative ITx (ITSM, ITOM & ITAM) solutions with NowAssist skills and AI strategies and lead the E2E solution design strategy across ITx. on the ServiceNow platform. This role demands deep technical expertise, ability to innovate and have strong alignment with Takedas business objectives and compliance standards (including GxP and SOX), excellent problem-solving abilities.
