Your RoleDesign, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.Customize and configure workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and server-side scripts.Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Maintain and enhance CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Your Profile 6 to 12 years of experience in enterprise IT environments, with a strong focus on ServiceNow ITSM development across various modules and systems.Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and server-side scripts using JavaScript.Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM module development and customization.Ability to design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions according to business needsKnowledge of integrations with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs.What will you love working at CapgeminiCapgemini gives opportunity to workk with latest ServiceNow tools and practices aligned with its roadmap for innovative, future-ready solutionsExposure to cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, and client stakeholders.Opportunities to work on large-scale rollouts and multi-country implementations.
