Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Architect with 9+ years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate will lead architecture decisions, ensure best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance ServiceNow platforms aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB).
• Define platform architecture, design standards, and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
• Act as a technical advisor to business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions .
• Oversee CMDB design , integrations, data models, and service mapping strategies.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, and governance .
• Lead and mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Manage integrations with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration patterns.
• Perform solution reviews, code reviews, and architecture assessments.
• Support platform upgrades, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and IT leadership on roadmap and platform strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 9+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITSM experience .
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM architecture and configuration .
• Deep understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management best practices.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping , and data governance.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies , and Flow Designer.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, APIs).
• Experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications such as:
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (highly desirable)
• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
