Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Support and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).

Design and maintain CMDB, including Discovery and Service Mapping.

Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, SLAs, and integrations.

Ensure CMDB data accuracy and governance.

Support integrations using REST/SOAP and MID Server.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and support platform upgrades.
