Job Description
Role - ServiceNow Developers - ITOM (IT Operations Management)
Experience - 5+ years
Work Location - Hyderabad
Work Mode - Work from Office - Hybrid
Required Notice Period - Immediate Joiners
Must Have
- 5+ years of overall experience
- Experience in Implementation of ITOM modules like Mid Server, Discovery, CMDB, Patterns, Event Management, Service Mapping, Integrations, CPG & respective Support troubleshooting.
- Proficient and hands-on experience on multiple Backup technologies like Actifio, Commvault Simpana, Zamanda, Networker, & Native backups.
- Worked upon various storage, Switches & tape libraries like Fujitsu, Dell, EMC, with regard to configurations, deployments & maintenance in the customer environment.
- Experience in configuring, managing Virtualization technologies like VMware & Windows Hypervisor solutions.
- Good experience on racking up & configuring hardware Servers like IBM,
- ELL, HP Series.
- Hands-on experience on multiple Operating Systems like Windows Servers, RHEL & CentOS with respect to their installation, configuration & maintenance.
- Experience in network troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance of network devices
- Basic Shell scripting to automate day-to-day activities as per customer support requirements.
