Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist with 711 years of hands-on expertise in ServiceNow CMDB within the ITOM domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing configuration management processes to ensure accurate, reliable, and up-to-date configuration data across the organization.

Job Description:

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of the ServiceNow CMDB to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CMDB with ITOM tools and related processes.
• Analyze existing CMDB data, workflows, and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards in configuration management.
• Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes by maintaining reliable and accurate configuration data.
• Monitor CMDB health and data quality, implementing corrective and preventive actions as required.
• Provide technical expertise and architectural guidance on ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM capabilities.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and ITOM trends to enhance CMDB functionality and performance.
• Have Servicenow Certification is addon Advance ( CSA, CAD , ITIL Foundation, CIS-ITOM )

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB strategy aligned with business and IT objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance CMDB accuracy, completeness, and governance.
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Security, and Development teams to ensure seamless CMDB integration.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of CMDB-related issues and incidents.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer on CMDB best practices and tools.
• Prepare detailed documentation, dashboards, and reports on CMDB metrics, health, and improvement initiatives.
• Participate in audits and compliance reviews related to configuration management.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership within the ServiceNow ITOM domain.
