Job summary :

• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules , including:
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• Orchestration
• Deep understanding of CMDB architecture , data modeling, dependency mapping, and maintaining CMDB data integrity.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL and ITOM best practices .
• ServiceNow CSA and relevant ITOM certifications (e.g., Discovery, Service Mapping).
• Excellent communication skills with strong ability to interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience integrating ServiceNow ITOM with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds , Nagios , Splunk , or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud discovery and managing hybrid (on-prem + cloud) infrastructures.
• Background in automation frameworks , orchestration workflows, or runbook automation.
• Advanced ITIL certifications or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist credentials.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and AIOps concepts.
