Job Description
Required Skills & Qualifications:
510+ years of IT experience, with strong ServiceNow background.
Hands-on experience with ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, etc.).
Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide).
Experience with cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
CIS-ITOM certification is highly preferred.
Additional certifications in ITSM, HRSD, or IRM are a plus
