Job Description
Must have:
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM suite (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
Basic knowledge of Cloud fundamentals and Windows/Unix administration .
Ability to understand infrastructure environments (servers, networks, storage).
Good understanding of monitoring tools and ServiceNow base platform & reporting .
Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Unix Shell, Windows scripting, PowerShell , and RegEx .
Experience in API integrations (REST, SOAP) and related technologies.
Knowledge of testing methodologies (unit, integration, performance, UAT).
Expertise in creating repeatable processes for development, test, staging, and production environments.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator with knowledge of Agile/Scrum and ITIL standards .
Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) .
