Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules
• Deep expertise in CMDB architecture and data modeling
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (Windows, Linux, Network, Storage, Cloud)
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and integrations
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Event)

Technical Skills

• ServiceNow scripting: JavaScript, Glide API
• Discovery Patterns, Service Mapping workflows
• Event correlation, alert aggregation, and noise reduction
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Monitoring and observability tools integration

Certifications (Preferred / Mandatory)

• ServiceNow Certified ITOM Specialist
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
• ITIL v4 Certification
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred

Experience with AIOps and machine learning in ITOM

Exposure to ServiceNow SecOps, ITSM, ITAM, or CSDM

Experience in large enterprise or multi-cloud environments
