Must Have Skills

8 years of overall industry experience in IT asset management At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITAM domain

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITAM modules SAM Pro HAM Pro

Deep understanding of software licensing models and compliance requirements

Familiarity with ITIL and ITAM best practices

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA and ITAM related certifications

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have Skills

Exposure to integrations with procurement and financial systems eg SAP Oracle

Knowledge of cloud licensing and SaaS subscription management

Experience with automation workflows for asset lifecycle

ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications SAM HAM specific

Advanced ITIL certifications or ISO 19770 familiarity

• Understanding of cost optimization strategies and vendor management
