Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow IRM/GRC Senior Developer / Lead to spearhead our IRM Risk Management module implementation . This role requires both technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure successful configuration, deployment, and knowledge transfer to our Risk Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IRM configuration and dashboard development , including:
• Risk Register creation
• Entity and Risk Assessment Methodology (RAM) configuration
• Issue management workflows
• Dashboard setup for risk visibility
• Collaborate with Risk Management stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Cross-train Risk Management team members to independently manage IRM configurations by year-end.
• Ensure the end-to-end deployment of a fully functional IRM Risk Management module.
• Provide technical leadership, best practices, and governance for ServiceNow IRM/GRC.

Desired End State

• A fully deployed IRM Risk Management module capturing risks in the risk register.
• Issue management integrated into workflows.
• Dashboards reflecting real-time risk posture and metrics.
• Risk Management team empowered to sustain and evolve the solution independently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC experience .
• Strong expertise in Risk Register, Entity, RAM configuration, and dashboarding .
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: ServiceNow certifications in IRM/GRC.
