ServiceNow IRM/GRC Consultant || Contract || Immediate Joiner

Position: ServiceNow IRM/GRC Consultant

Location: Gurugram/ Chennai/ Bengaluru (Contract)

Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure modules within GRC/IRM platforms (ServiceNow GRC preferred).

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Develop workflows, assessments, policies, controls, and risk registers.

Support risk scoring, issue management, audit management, and compliance operations.

Perform system testing, UAT support, and enhancements.

Develop dashboards and reports for risk, compliance, and audit insights.

Ensure alignment with regulatory standards (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, GDPR, etc.).

Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for GRC modules.

Maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills

4 years of experience in GRC/IRM implementations (ServiceNow GRC strongly preferred).

Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance processes.

Experience in developing workflows, forms, rules, and integrations.

Good understanding of security policies, controls, and frameworks.

Ability to create reports, dashboards, and automation scripts.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

ServiceNow GRC certification (e.g., CIS-Risk & Compliance).

Experience with other risk platforms (Archer, MetricStream, OneTrust).

Knowledge of audit and vendor risk management.

Basic scripting (JavaScript) within ServiceNow environment.
