ServiceNow IRM

Role Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow IRM Business Analyst/Subject Matter Expert who can work closely with business teams, understand their requirements, and configure the IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules, and their functionalities end to end in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Risk, Controls, Compliance, and Issue Management along with strong communication and consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with business stakeholders to understand risk and compliance requirements.

Configure Risks, Controls, Assessments, Indicators, and Issues in ServiceNow IRM.

Translate business needs into requirement specifications and system configurations.

Support end-to-end IRM process design and improvements.

Build useful dashboards and reports for risk and compliance teams.

Assist with integration of IRM applications with CMDB, Vendor Risk, HRSD, ITSM, and external systems.

Required Skills

Strong experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC module development and implementation.

Good understanding of Risk Management and Compliance processes.

Experience configuring risk scoring, workflows, forms, and notifications.

Ability to work independently with business and technical teams.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Must Have

ServiceNow CSA and IRM/GRC Implementation certifications.

Good to have

Knowledge of frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, etc.

Experience working in Agile delivery.
