ServiceNow (HRSD) Senior Functional Analyst
Work you will do
As ServiceNow functional expert, you are the Subject Matter Expert in ITIL process implementation over ServiceNow and have a keen interest across the ServiceNow platform. You will support practitioners across Europe and work with colleagues in multiple locations.
To make most of this opportunity, we are looking for evidence of strong grip on the following skills:
Product & Service Management You are responsible for not only the products you support but also the IT service they provide to the firm. This means you need to have an awareness of KPIs, metrics, and understanding how and when to escalate issues when required.
Product Ownership Understand what Agile is, be able to structure work in an Agile form; understand its artefacts and methodologies. Depth of knowledge required will depend based on which products you are working on.
Requirement gathering To be able to listen to what your stakeholders want and to be able to work as SME for the practitioners that utilize ServiceNow. Translate their need into technical specifications / Stories, that meet the needs whilst championing standardization and minimizing development.
Requisite Core Skills / Experience:
Deep understanding of the HRSD Module within ServiceNow
Experience of working with NOW apps
Experience working in ServiceNow projects
Capable of working in waterfall and agile methodologies.
Experience of Business analysis
A good awareness of the role that ServiceNow testing tools play in the software development lifecycle
Able to demonstrate a true understanding of value and use this to prioritize a large backlog effectively, to optimize Business Value with finite resources
Strong at building effective relationships
Ability to work with minimal guidance and willing to take ownership
Analytical, logical, thorough and methodical
Troubleshooting / Problem management skills
Excellent interpersonal manner, communication skills & customer focused
Ability to translate key complex technical issues into common business language, specifically to be able to write stories for use in Agile processes
Relevant BA / BSc Degree
Good to have skills:
Experience of wider ServiceNow modules HR, ITBM & CSM
Certifications in Business System Analysis,
Agile Product Owner Certification
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
Work hours: 11AM to 8PM
Qualifications
Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
6-8 years experience in Service Now Configuration
