Technical Comptency

Sr. ServiceNow HAM Developer will lead the implementation of the ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) module using Out-of-the-Box features. Design lifecycle processes, ensure data accuracy, integrate with external tools and mentor junior team members.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Lead HAM lifecycle setup: request, procurement, receipt, deployment, disposal
• Configure asset models, asset workflows, and inventory management
• Integrate HAM with CMDB, Procurement and Discovery tools
• Implement data normalization, reconciliation and audits
• Define roles, asset states, SLAs, and hardware catalog items
• Develop reports, dashboards and ensure data integrity

Primary Skills (Must-Have) :

• Strong experience in HAM module implementation (OOB)
• ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Flow Designer)
• CMDB integration and asset discovery process
• Lifecycle state model, Asset Repository, and normalization rules
