ServiceNow GRC Developer

Job Description

Design, develop, and implement Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions on the ServiceNow platform, supporting healthcare organizations in meeting regulatory and operational requirements.

Develop and configure ServiceNow GRC modules tailored to healthcare compliance needs.

Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to define requirements.

Perform system upgrades and ensure platform integrity.

Document technical specifications and maintain solution records.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years experience with ServiceNow GRC development and configuration

Experience with healthcare regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements

Proficient with scripting in JavaScript and Glide API

3+ years experience with ServiceNow IRM development and configuration

Experience with the following IRM modules: Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Issue Management, and Vendor Risk Management

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and/or Integration Hub

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting technical documentation and knowledge transfer

Experience implementing and managing GRC Data models

Experience designing dashboards to report on GRC metrics and KPIs

Experience collaborating with business, risk, compliance, audit, and security teams to crete technical solutions to business problems
