- Conduct hardware testing to ensure compatibility and performance within cloud environments.
- Manage and maintain asset inventories ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
- Utilize Service Now to streamline IT service management processes and improve efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud applications and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Monitor cloud systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
