- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM module
- Hands-on with:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Knowledge of CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Experience with MID Server configuration
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript)
- Understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud)
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
