Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days
Job Description :
Configure catalog items, UI policies, notifications, and approval flows.
Write scripts using the Glide API to automate form behavior and background logic.
Support integration tasks involving REST APIs or data imports.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA testing.
Contribute to documentation, versioning, and user guides.
Qualifications :
8+ years in ServiceNow application development.
Proficiency in JavaScript and Flow Designer.
Experience with ITAM, ITOM, CMDB and HRSD modules.
Familiarity with REST API integrations and common script includes.
Strong collaborative and troubleshooting skills.
