Design develop and implement ServiceNow Customer Service Management CSM modules tailored to business needs Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate CSM with other platforms and tools Utilize strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities to enhance customer service workflows Develop and maintain automated processes using scripting languages such as JavaScript and JSON Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions Ensure data accuracy completeness and adherence to best practices in platform configuration Participate in platform upgrades patch deployments and custom application issue resolution Support platformrelated incident management and user access modifications Continuously learn and adapt to new ServiceNow features and cloud administration aspects
