Job Summary

We are seeking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our client - a leading Global Big Four Firm to designing, configuring, developing, and testing on the ServiceNow platform, supporting ITIL processes and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, develop, and test on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and support core ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Develop Service Request Management solutions, including catalog items and workflows.
• Manage and customize CMS (Content Management System) components.
• Create custom developments using Business Rules, UI elements, Script Includes, and Workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile development environment to deliver solutions.
• Prepare documentation and deliver client-facing presentations using Microsoft Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.

Key Requirement:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Experienced in hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript and Web Services.
• ITIL V3 Foundations certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior consulting or industry experience (banking, insurance, healthcare).
• Experience deploying Pega applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and APIs for data validation and integration testing.
• Working knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
