Job Description
Role: ServiceNow ITOM Developer
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
Experience: 25+ years
Were looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, build, and optimise IT Operations solutions across enterprise environments. This role focuses on delivering scalable ITOM capabilities while working closely with stakeholders in an Agile delivery setup.
What youll do:
- Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions (Event, Discovery, CMDB, Health, Automation)
- Translate business and operational requirements into effective ITOM workflows
- Work in Agile teams, participating in sprint planning and delivery
- Support testing across functional, integration, and UAT phases
- Engage stakeholders to ensure solutions align with operational and business goals
- What were looking for
- 25+ years of hands-on ServiceNow ITOM experience
- Strong understanding of ITSM / ITOM processes and CMDB
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required.
- Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) or Pega Certified Senior Business Architect (PCSBA) certification are required.
- Prior consulting or industry experience (banking, insurance, healthcare)
- Exposure to automation, APIs, and integrations
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Mentoring or team lead exposure
