The Senior ServiceNow Developer (FTE) will play a critical role in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, focusing on ITSM workflows and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Strong expertise in ITSM Workflows
- Flow Designer
- Integrations
- Service Portal
- Hands-on experience with Core ITSM modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management)
- Proven experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, Integrations including building and customizing workflows
- Shift: General Shift 12 PM to 9 PM
- 6+yrs with relevant exp in Service now and Integration 5+yrs
Qualifications
- Relevant educational background in Computer Science or related field
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform
- Expertise in ITSM processes
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules
- Knowledge of scripting and automation
