Job Description

Must Have Skills:

1. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and financial modules.

2. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and security principles.

3. Experience in designing and implanting ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.

4. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

7. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.

8. Experience with virtual agent deployment is a plus.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment..
