1.Expertise in ITSM module implementation, build complex catalog forms, 

2.Intense knowledge in scripting, script includes, Business Rules, Fix scripts and others. Is able to build own logic based on the requirement and design codes. 

3.Develop, install and troubleshoot ServiceNow application. 

4.Extensive expertise in integration. Integrate ServiceNow with third party applications. 

5.Do the requirement gathering, analyze, make effort estimation and execution 

6.Defect fixes, troubleshoot bugs and work on enhancements raised by customer 

7.Perform code reviews to ensure the quality is met with regards to coding standards,  integration, extensibility, and security 

8.Development of new request items in the catalog the creation of new task based workflows/flow designer 

9.Excellent knowledge in javascript
