As a Technical Professional you will provide expertise in specific technology / methodology / business / application / product in terms of technical / solution architect.
Job Skill: Service Now Developer.
Exp: 4 to 10 years.
Location: Bangalore.
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):
- o All developers will hold the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or a higher-level certification. Additional certifications are a plus.
- o There is leeway for the vendor to ‘bundle in’ new developers that hold the certification.
- o At least will have experience in the ITBM module (APM, PPM)
- o At least 2 developers will have experience in the ITSM module (Change, Problem, Incident)
- o At least that has hands on experience of Software Asset Management
- o At least that has hands on experience of Security Operations
