JOB Description:

MUST HAVE:

• Solution Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow modules, including custom application development, Service Portal, and workflow automation.
• Scripting & Customization: Develop high-quality server-side and client-side code using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
• Integration: Design and maintain complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and Spokes.
• Platform Governance: Perform code reviews, manage update sets, and ensure all development aligns with ServiceNow "out-of-the-box" (OOTB) best practices to minimize technical debt.
• Automation: Build and optimize automation using Flow Designer and the Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, driving a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Upgrade Management: Lead platform upgrade activities, including impact analysis, regression testing, and post-upgrade stabilization.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Certifications: CSA or CIS (Mandatory)
