Location- Gurgaon
Experience- 7-10years
Required Technical Skill Set
Primary - ServiceNow ITSM Development and Integration, CMDB (Good to have ITOM, SPM, Virtual Agent)
Secondary - JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular JS
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- Expert level proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM Development and Integration
- Must have knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and Knowledge management
- Has knowledge on JavaScript, CSS and HTML
- Has at least 3 years of hands-on experience on ServiceNow ITSM Development and integration
- Agile Practitioner and understands agile concepts and ways of working
- Strong verbal and written communications skill
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills in real life scenario
Good-to-Have
- Hands-on experience in ITOM Discovery
- Basic concepts of SPM
- Hands on experience on Virtual Agent Design
- Basic Knowledge on Now Assist
