Job Description: ServiceNow (CMDB) Developer

Location - New Delhi

Experience - 7 to 12

**Notice period 0- 60 days**

Desired Competencies

• Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in IT, with a significant focus (5+ years) on the ServiceNow platform in a design or technical leadership capacity.
• Proven experience leading the architecture and design of large, complex, multi-workflow ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong background in Enterprise Architecture and cloud-based application design.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture , scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and configuration across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM).
• Expertise in defining and governing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) .
• Proficiency with integration methods (Web Services, IntegrationHub).
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML) and database concepts (SQL/NoSQL).
• Expertise in ServiceNow Discovery configuration, including MID Servers, Patterns, and debugging.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform data structures.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ITIL Foundation Certification.

Good to have:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly desirable.

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Master Architect is often required or a strong preference for senior roles (desirable)CMDB experience .
