Location: Bangalore

Experience Range: 5+ years

Job Description

Client Side and Server-Side Scripting (Ex. Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes etc)
Client & Server API's (Ex: GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord etc)
Administration (includes Reporting, Email Notifications, Creating/Editing Home pages, Personalizing Forms, User Administration etc)
JavaScript /HTML/CSS/AJAX/ AngularJs knowledge
Experience in ServiceNow modules like Service Management, Service Request Management, Knowledge Base, and Operation Management
Hands on Experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM and related topics and modules.
Extensive experience of integrating ServiceNow with 3rd party tools and implantation of SOAP and REST API
Exposure to Service-Now platform tools like Discovery and Orchestration Environment.
In-depth knowledge of the technical implementation of all ITIL process
Experience in ServiceNow upgradation and data migration
Experience in Mid Server Integration
Experience in scheduled Data import and integrations via Mid Server/SCCM
Experience in Integrations like LDAP, SSO, SNOW to SNOW, Web services etc
Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes and Access Control Lists etc
Communicate issues and recommendations back to leadership in clear, concise manner
Support other functional teams on a regular basis
Create and maintain operational documentation
After hours third level support as required
Experiences working in an onsite / offshore environment
