ServiceNow Developer (Software Engineer)

Hiring: ServiceNow Developers (ITOM / GRC / ITAM)

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers to join our growing team! If you have strong hands-on expertise in any of the core ServiceNow modules, this is a great opportunity to work on impactful enterprise implementations.

Location: Mumbai & Pune

Work Mode: Hybrid (5 days as per business requirement)

Experience: 4+ Years

Platform: ServiceNow

Open Positions:

• ServiceNow Developer ITOM
• ServiceNow Developer GRC
• ServiceNow Developer ITAM

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications
• Work on at least one core module: ITOM / GRC / ITAM
• End-to-end implementation, integration, and configuration
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs & script includes
• Integrate with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing implementations
• Support deployments, upgrades, and platform enhancements

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in any of the following:
• ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping)
• GRC (Risk, Compliance, Audit Management)
• ITAM (HAM, SAM)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API & ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with integrations and implementation projects
• Solid understanding of platform architecture & best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
