Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and other platform modules. The ideal candidate should be skilled in scripting, integrations, workflows, and platform configuration to support business processes and automation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow server/client-side scripting.
• Experience in ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
• Good understanding of CMDB, Discovery, MID Server architecture, and integration workflows.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Notifications, ACLs, and UI customization.
• Strong API integration experience (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred.
