Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CMDB data model, Discovery configurations, integrations, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions
• Configure and customize CMDB classes, CI relationships, identification & reconciliation rules.
• Implement and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, MID Servers, and credential management.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using:
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• Client Scripts
• UI Policies
• Flow Designer
• IntegrationHub
• Troubleshoot Discovery issues including:
• Network discovery
• Server discovery (Windows, Linux, Unix)
• Cloud discovery (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Ensure CMDB data quality through:
• Data normalization
• Reconciliation rules
• Duplicate CI management
• Data certification processes
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools (monitoring, asset management, cloud platforms).
• Work with stakeholders to define CMDB data model and governance framework.
• Perform upgrades and patching activities.
• Maintain documentation and follow best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of:
• CMDB architecture and data model
• Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
• Service Mapping
• MID Server configuration
• Experience implementing and troubleshooting ServiceNow Discovery.
• Proficiency in:
• JavaScript
• Glide APIs
• REST/SOAP integrations
• Experience with:
• ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change)
• Asset Management
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Experience with performance optimization and instance management.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery / CMDB
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in Service Mapping and Event Management
