Job Description: ServiceNow Developer GRC / IRM / TPRM / SecOps / BCM

Role: ServiceNow Developer

Experience: 5+Years

Location: (Hyderabad---Hybrid)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a ServiceNow professional experienced in any one of the following modules:

• GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
• IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
• TPRM (Third Party Risk Management)
• SecOps (Security Operations)
• BCM (Business Continuity Management)

The ideal candidate will design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions to support risk, compliance, or security operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules (GRC/IRM/TPRM/SecOps/BCM)
• Work with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Develop workflows, integrations, forms, and automation using ServiceNow platform
• Customize policies, controls, risk frameworks, indicators, assessments, playbooks etc.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization
• Build dashboards and reporting for risk/compliance/security processes
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support
• Ensure alignment with best practices and governance standards

Required Skills

1.Strong hands-on experience in any ONE of:

• ServiceNow GRC
• ServiceNow IRM
• ServiceNow TPRM
• ServiceNow SecOps
• ServiceNow BCM

2 .Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture

3. Experience with:

• Workflows / Flow Designer
• IntegrationHub / REST APIs (preferred)
• Access controls & data models

3 .Good communication and client-interaction skills

4. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
