Job Description -

We are seeking talented and experienced ServiceNow Developers with a strong background in Software Development and hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, and enhancing various ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience and will work closely with cross-functional teams at the client site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and participate in end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across two or more modules, such as HRSD, ITSM, CSM, FSM, ITBM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and GRC.

Experience in HRSD is a strong plus.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow functionality including:

Catalog Items, Record Producers, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Data Policies, Business Rules, UI Actions, and custom applications.

Build and manage integrations using:

Integration Hub, SOAP and REST APIs, Data Sources, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.

Create and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.

Work within an Agile/DevOps environment, participating in Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and automated testing efforts.

Collaborate with QA teams using automation tools such as Selenium.

Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, documentation, and deployment activities.

Analyze issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions to ensure seamless platform performance.

Contribute to UI/UX improvements and ensure high-quality user interface experiences.

Required Qualifications -

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

4+ years of Software Development experience.

4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development/implementation experience.

Strong knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules (HRSD/ITSM/CSM/FSM/ITBM/Discovery/Service Mapping/GRC).

Proficiency in ServiceNow backend development (Catalog Items, Business Rules, Client Scripts, etc.).

Experience with ServiceNow integrations, including REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.

Understanding of DevOps tools, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation frameworks.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and UI design skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and a fast-paced client environment.

Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
