TSM- Telecom Service Management

1. Minimum experience: 4 years of Telecom service Management

2. Integration experience

3. 2 Senior resource with 8 years of Telecom service experience.

4. Implementation experience

5. Network management

6. Customer engagement

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of telecom network infrastructure, OSS/BSS domains, and industry standards.

Expertise in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with ITIL processes, SLAs, and KPIs for service management.

Understanding of network security protocols and compliance requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification

1. Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.

2. 4+ years of experience in Telecom Service Management (Senior roles: 8+ years).

3. Certifications in ITIL, Telecom Network Management, or related technologies preferred.
