Job Description
Technical Competency
1. 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery, including design, implementation and management.
2. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide Scripting
3. Strong knowledge of patterns, probes, and sensors for automated Discovery.
4. Deep understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ITIL framework.
5. Knowledge of IT environments, including Servers, networks and cloud platforms.
6. Certifications Preferred: -
o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
o Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for Discovery and CMDB
