About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow HRSD Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design,
configure, and deliver HR service workflows in ServiceNow.
The role focuses on building a single portal for HR services with integrated workflow controls, approvals, audit trails, and Workday integration.
Must-Have Skills
- 57 years of ServiceNow experience with hands-on HRSD
- Expertise in Employee Center, HR Case Management, Flow Designer
- Knowledge of Integration Hub / REST APIs
- Experience in auditable HR workflows and compliance-ready configurations
- Ability to independently deliver build and integration tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Design and configure ServiceNow HRSD Employee Center for end-to-end HR service delivery
- Build and manage HR Case Management: lifecycle states, assignment rules, SLAs, escalations
- Create and manage Record Producers for employee requests (e.g., Direct Deposit changes)
- Develop Flow Designer workflows including approvals, branching, exception handling, auto-close
- Implement data validation and evidence capture for audits and compliance
- Configure IntegrationHub and REST API integrations for HR systems, including Workday
- Conduct system testing, defect resolution, and documentation
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and compliance teams to align technical solutions with business needs
