Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate must hold a valid ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification and be based in Chennai .

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and custom solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM.
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, workflows, and Flow Designer.
• Perform integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide fixes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Mandatory ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio and update sets.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Additional ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to Performance Analytics and Service Portal.
