Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow GRC Consultant with hands-on expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) , Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) , and Security Operations (SecOps) .

The role involves requirement gathering, solution design, workflow configuration, customization, and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise tools.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow GRC Implementation

• Configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules: IRM, TPRM, SecOps
• Build workflows, forms, UI customizations aligned with business processes
• Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other ServiceNow modules and 3rd-party systems

IRM (Integrated Risk Management)

• Implement risk assessment, risk mitigation, incident management workflows
• Work with compliance teams to define risk policies & controls
• Build dashboards and reports for risk visibility

TPRM (Third Party Risk Management)

• Lead TPRM solution implementations including vendor assessments & onboarding
• Work with procurement/vendor teams to streamline third-party lifecycle
• Build reports and dashboards for monitoring vendor risk

SecOps (Security Operations)

• Implement Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, and alert workflows
• Integrate ServiceNow SecOps with SIEM, monitoring, and security tools
• Automate security incident management workflows

Customizations & Integration

• Write Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise tools through REST/SOAP APIs
• Customize modules per best practices

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business, IT, and security stakeholders
• Provide documentation, UAT support, and user training
• Ensure smooth deployment and hypercare support

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC (IRM, TPRM, SecOps)

Expertise in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes)

Experience integrating ServiceNow with external tools (APIs, SIEM, ITSM modules, etc.)

Understanding of ITIL, Risk Management frameworks, Security Ops principles

Experience building dashboards, reports & automated workflows
